Search & Acquisition

We are retained on an ongoing basis by Safe & Dry Storage, part of the CHX Group, to search and provide site acquisition advice as their business expands across the BCP conurbation and also to other UK locations. Their container storage business has an ambitious site acquisition strategy over the next 3 years. We work closely with the Directors to ensure suitable sites are identified and appropriate leasehold or purchase terms can be agreed. We draw on our close property and agent connections through our membership of the PAI network operating across all UK locations.

We provide advice on all aspects of the acquisition process, from identification, negotiating terms with the vendor or agent, instructing and liaising with solicitors, arranging specialist surveys and generally ensuring our clients interest are met.
